I’m sure everyone knows we fought the incinerator and won, well in Hoddesdon the fight goes on as Herts County Council try and dump it on another community instead. But they’re fighting back, and HCC have yet another battle on their hands!

I’ve today been over to Hoddesdon, where I was invited to speak to the newly formed “Ratty’s Lane Action Fund” (wonder where they got the name?? ?). They’re organised, they’re up for a fight and they’re in it to win. They were extremely grateful for my insight into the battle over New Barnfield, I was delighted to help them in even this small way unpick the County plan to blight another Hertfordshire community with a monstrous waste burner.
